Bookings + Deposits —

  • A credit card must be on file to hold an appointment.

  • Deposit required for extensions, color corrections, or full keratin treatment.

  • $50 deposit required for Extension consultation (that can be used for any service or product in the event you decide not to get extension service.)

  • Ready to book an extension service? 50% of service required to book appointment so we can order your hair.

  • $75 deposit required to book color correction or full keratin treatment. Deposit is transferable if service is moved before 48 hours. If an appointment requiring a deposit is moved after 48 hours, new deposit will be required. 

Day of Cancellation + No Show Policy —

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours in advanced. We understand emergencies happen. For cancellations after 24 hours: A $50 fee will be charged for ANY haircut service, and 50% of the service total of COLOR + CUT service will be charged before rebooking. We have a 15 MINUTE grace period. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we have the option to reschedule your appointment or finish your services to the best of our ability in the allotted time available.

Redos + Adjustments

If you are not happy with your results, please call our salon directly. Our team will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within a 2 week window of your hair appointment.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds of any kind.
